The Bernedoodle is a “designer dog.” It is a hybrid dog breed resulting from breeding a Poodle with a Bernese Mountain Dog. Like all other designer “breeds,” the Bernedoodle is not truly a breed of its own. A Bernedoodle is a crossbreed which takes the best of both breeds to make the perfect family dog. Our puppies are easy to groom. Their coat requires less maintenance. We brush out our dogs once a week. Depending on the generation of doodle some will leave no visible sign of shedding, while others may be very minimal.
