Installment Plan Highlights:
• Minimum down payment is $500. Additional down payment funds are accepted.
• $100 – Account Setup Fee Required after you are Pre-Approved for Finance Plan.
• Payments for the remaining balance are made over a 12 month period from the day you receive your puppy.
• Early monthly payments are welcomed. You can always pay off your puppy early if desired.
• Installment plans are interest free. A late fee of $25 will be applied for every week a payment is late.
• Two forms of ID are required as well as your DOB.
Drivers License is required
2 forms of a bill or statement showing your name and current address
• Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month.
• Installment plans are ONLY for the price of the puppy and not any additional fees such as Delivery or Account Setup Fee.
• We require valid credit card information to be on file via “\Square Invoices”
• Installment plans do not qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees must be paid prior to or when you receive your puppy •
If using the installment plan the following delivery fees will apply:
Las Vegas, NV – FREE
Southern California – $450.00
Any other location a quote will need to be given

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL EMAIL YOU A CONTRACT FOR YOUR REVIEW. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED WITH AN INSTALLMENT PLAN, WE WILL HAVE YOU SUBMIT YOUR TWO FORMS OF ID. ONCE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED AND WE DETERMINE YOUR ELIGIBILITY WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE COMPLETED CONTRACT & PAYMENT PLAN TERMS VIA ‘SQUARE INVOICES’ TO BE SIGNED.
